Sicilian Caponata

The Sicilian cuisine is rooted in the poor tradition based around some typical ingredients like eggplants, tomatoes and peppers, protagonists of the Caponata. Our recipe joins tradition and innovation with dried fruit such as almonds and pine seeds. Caponata is perfect as appetizer, side dish or to decorate cold dishes.


Eggplant (30%), tomato sauce, sweet pepper (20%), celery, onion, green olives, capers, almonds, extra virgin olive oil,pine-seeds, garlic, raisins, red vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
